Reflection 11/18/22

 Today we had to recite our poems in front of the class. I did not know that we had to use quotes, I made a whole different poems made from the ACTUAL color purple. I literally panicked because I worked so hard on a poem that I wasn't even correct on and I was going to fail on. I had to hurry on my computer and change it and I did it in less than a minute. I presented it and it was correct. Thank God. Now we just finished reading the color purple until it was time to go home.

 The father looked displeased down at his son. John picked up the lunchbox and handed it to the father. He kissed his teeth threw the lunch box at the boy. The boy fell down. The mother looked at him in disgust and pushed down the father with a huge shove. The father fell down and the mother helped the son off the floor and tugged him behind her. "Do not toy with my son". She proclaimed. The father shook off the push and kicked the lunchbox to the son's directions. "pick up my lunchbox boy like your mother told you". "Leave", she said. "Go regather yourself or never come back". "You can't make me do anything Woman." He cried back. "LEAVE OR I WILL CALL THE COPS". He was taken aback. He rushed out the house forgetting all senses of himself. He slams the door shut frightening all the kids.
